  • “POD” stands for Print-on-Demand, where items are made only after an order is placed.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this site.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information.

     

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account.

     

  • Notify us of unauthorized use.

     

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Ordering Process

All products are made to order. It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure all design elements (text, images, colors) are correct.

     

  • Review product mockups and descriptions before finalizing an order.

     

5. Production & Product Info

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days, though times may vary depending on order volume or special circumstances.

As all items are custom-printed:

  • Minor variations in print color, alignment, or size may occur.

     

  • Products are printed based on the exact information and files provided by the customer.

     

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of submission.
 We understand that circumstances may arise outside your control and will try to work with you outside this window where possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order:

  • We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of order receipt.

     

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

     

  • All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, with consideration for extenuating circumstances.

     

  • Proof of damage or error (e.g., photos) may be requested.

     

8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to domestic U.S. addresses only using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, though some may take up to 5 business days.

     

  • Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination.

     

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

By submitting any custom designs or artwork for your order, you affirm that:

  • You own or have legal rights to use the content.

     

  • You grant us a limited license to use the submitted content solely to fulfill your order.

     

11. User Conduct

Users may not:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the law.

     

  • Submit obscene, offensive, or hateful materials.

     

  • Misuse or abuse our website or services.

We are not liable for:

  • Customer-submitted design errors (e.g., typos, image quality issues).

     

  • Losses from service outages or technical errors.

 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
